REFUND,  RETURN POLICY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Can I get a refund? 
Our refund policy is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, partial refund or exchange. 
If it is within the 7 days limit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To complete your return, we require an order confirmation as proof of purchase.
 
How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed as per your payment method.
The refund time frame may vary according to each payment method.
Credit Card : 7-15 business days
Debit Card : 30-45 business days
Other transfer methods - if the bank details are correct, it may take 2 to 5 business days. However, if the details are incorrect, it may take 2 to 5 business days of the date the correct bank details are received.
 
 
 
 
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund after the refund time frame that we provided, please contact us at infor@iamyoubox.com and we will be more than happy to check to make sure it has been processed correctly.
 
Can I get a refund on sale items?
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
 
 
EXCHANGE POLICY
 
Can I exchange my purchase?
Our exchange policy is 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first and send your item to us to provide the address later.

Shipping POLICY

If you did not receive the product because the postman from Kerry or Thai post can not reach you via your phone, You will get a refund. However, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you wish us to resent the product back after its returns, you will be cover for the shipping cost.

Business days: Monday - Friday, excluding holidays, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. The time of refund may be greater depending on the cardholder's bank or account.
